HI I’M JENNICA

A Seattle-based real estate broker with over 15 years of experience, and a deep passion for helping women take ownership of their futures through real estate.

I founded Women Homeownership (W.H.O.) in 2023 with one bold goal: to make sure every woman, regardless of background or relationship status, feels confident and equipped to build wealth and legacy through real estate.

I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming and confusing the real estate process can be and how often women are left out of the conversation. That’s why W.H.O. is here: to demystify real estate, provide real-life tools, and connect you with a powerful network of women agents, lenders, and professionals who genuinely care about your homebuying journey.

I believe that wealth isn’t just for the few—it’s for all of us. And it starts with knowledge, support, and the belief that you deserve it.

Whether you’re buying your first home or your next life-changing investment, I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s build this movement together.

HOW WE GOT STARTED:

Like many women navigating the homebuying process, I found myself asking: Where are the resources made for us?

After years in real estate and countless Google searches, I realized there was a major gap in the market. There were plenty of real estate guides and resources, but few that truly spoke to women. Especially women who were buying a home on their own, leading households, or simply wanting a voice in the room. The information felt overly complicated, outdated, or just not built with our needs in mind.

So I decided it was time to change that.

Women Homeownership (W.H.O.) was born from a simple but powerful idea: create the resources we wish we had. Make them clear, accessible, and truly from a woman’s point of view. No fluff. No gatekeeping. Just the knowledge, tools, and support we need to take charge of our financial futures through real estate.

Now, we’re bringing together years of experience, trusted professionals, and a growing community of women who are rewriting the rules of homeownership. This space was built for women to thrive through real estate ownership.

WHO BELONGS IN THIS MOVEMENT?

Here, we believe that real estate should be accessible to all women, regardless of their background, relationship status, upbringing, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. We acknowledge the systemic barriers that have prevented women, femmes, and gender expansive people from owning homes.

Our vision is to disrupt inequity in real estate by providing clear resources, connect women with trusted experts, and build a network of powerful homeowners. We plan to foster relationships with other organizations that serve future homeowners with marginalized identities and contribute to change in the industry.
